Hi, I’m Mariana.
[ Product Marketer ]
Most products don’t struggle because they are bad.
They struggle because their value isn’t translated into something users can understand, trust, and want.
That’s where I come in.
I work between product, market, and story, helping teams move faster in the right direction and enabling real adoption of products that deserve to be built.
My work usually follows a simple pattern:
Observing what’s not working
Read behavior, listen to users, and question assumptions to surface friction and market signals.
Identifying the missed opportunities
Connect market insight and product logic to define positioning that makes sense to the right people.
Removing what blocks adoption and retention
Shape narratives, onboarding, and enablement so the product can shine by itself.
I’ve applied this across SaaS, InsurTech, and CleanTech, leading GTM efforts in LATAM and the UK, turning complexity into clear narratives that drive adoption and trust.
